Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Own full-stack delivery on client projects end to end, from architecture through production.

[ About the role ]

We're looking for a senior engineer who's comfortable owning a project from architecture decisions through production deployment, across our typical stack of Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You'll work directly with clients, not just a project manager relaying requirements.

[ Responsibilities ]

Lead technical architecture decisions on 2-3 concurrent client projects
Write and review production code across frontend and backend
Communicate directly with client stakeholders on technical trade-offs
Mentor mid-level engineers on the team

[ Requirements ]

5+ years building production web applications
Strong with React/Next.js and Node.js
Comfortable owning technical decisions without hand-holding
Clear written and verbal communication, since you'll talk to clients directly

[ Nice to have ]

Experience with AWS or similar cloud infra
Prior consulting/agency experience
